There’s ‘Gold in and on the cup’ with the classic pure gold line; and for purists among our customers there’s the new fabia ‘signature’ cup in a tastefully understated black-and-white look.

A superb cup of fabia coffee would not be complete without an accompanying glass of pristine water. The exclusive diamond cut of the new fabia glass fits in perfectly with the label’s design language. The ensemble arrives at the table complemented by excellent palm oil-free organic biscuits and, equally importantly, new sugar sachets bearing various interesting tales and background information about traditional Viennese coffee specialities.

ELEGANT GOLD-DESIGN CUPS

This classic fabia set consists of a mocha cup and a larger mélange cup, each with a matching saucer. Both are elegant in design and adorned with detailed real gold artwork. The logo within is revealed when the cup is tipped for the first delicious sip.

PURIST BLACK & WHITE CUPS

As with the gold-adorned cups, these puristically-designed fabia porcelain cups are also manufactured with thick sides to keep the coffee warm down to the final sip. The black and white version is sure to delight all lovers of clear, unfussy design.

VIENNESE GRANULATED SUGAR

The stories behind the Viennese coffee specialities and how they got their names can be found on our fabia sugar sachets. 4 designs in each sales unit enable staff to offer a variety of tales to keep guests entertained and amused.

ORGANIC CARAMEL BISCUITS

fabia biscuits are sinfully sweet and delicate, and an integral aspect of coffee-drinking bliss. The excellent organic fabia biscuits are manufactured without palm oil – but with a typically wonderful and refined caramel flavour.

WATER GLASS

fabia’s Viennese coffee specialities look deliciously stylish accompanied by the obligatory glass of water. Typically, the spoon is placed across the top of the water glass, not on the saucer. The fabia water glass has a modern feel, while the diamond-cut design inside the cup is typical of the Art Nouveau period; the golden age of Vienna’s coffee house culture.

COFFEE GLASS

This classic specialty roughly translates as a ‘reverse coffee’ and is currently enjoying a renaissance. This glass is a magnificent and roomy stage for fabia coffees combining a small mocha and lots of frothy milk.

A FLUFFY HEAD

The perfect finish to many Viennese specialty coffees is provided by a fine and frothy head of milk. Producing the smooth and immaculate creamy micro-foam that tops off a coffee to perfection is an art in itself. The milk has to come straight from the fridge and the milk pot shouldn’t be more than half full.
